Guarantee
We cannot guarantee the outcome of your matter. That will depend upon a number of external factors which we, and perhaps even you, cannot control. However, we can and do guarantee the service that you will receive.
When we start working with you, we will agree our minimum service levels with you. We are confident that we will exceed those service commitments. However, if for any reason you believe that we have not met our service commitments we will reduce our fees to an amount that you believe reflects the service you have received. This ensures that:
- you pay a fair fee for the service you receive; and
- we can take steps to meet our service commitments to you and others in the future.
