For clients who want to be charged for ‘time and materials’, our challenge was to provide a fair and transparent time based costing model – with no surprises. Our solution was simple – Truetime™.
First, we give an upfront fee estimate at an agreed hourly rate.
Secondly, we (and not you) pay our overheads such as facsimile, photocopying, telephone and postage costs. There are no hidden extras.
Finally, we regularly tell you what fees have been incurred. This ensures that there are no surprises when you receive your invoice at the end of each month.
