We exclusively advise employers on all aspects of the employment relationship including (at the front end) strategic advice and pre-emptive recommendations for you to implement in your workplace and (at the back end) representation in various Courts and Tribunals.
Amongst other things our team members have advised employers (including ASX listed companies, Australia Post, General Motors Holden, Comcare, the Commonwealth Department of Employment and Workplace Relations and local governments) in:
- preparing executive service agreements, employee share plans, employee options plans, employment contracts and policies and procedures (including in respect of sexual harassment and workplace bullying)
- enforcing restraints, intellectual property rights and confidential information rights
- industrial disputes, enterprise bargaining negotiations and claims for breach of contract, unfair dismissal, underpayment, workers compensation and harassment
- OH&S and workers compensation claims and prosecutions
- business or workplace restructuring, performance issues, redundancies, discipline and termination strategies
