Amongst other things, our team members have:
- for a manufacturing client, assisted with IP registration, maintenance of IP registers and prepared licensing agreements and transfers on sale
- developed strategies and implemented IP protection for clients across a range of industries including manufacturing, software development, environmental and medical products
- obtained injunctions and orders for an account of profits in the Federal Court in respect of the infringement of a registered design used in the automotive industry
