We advise on property matters including acquisitions and sales, development and construction, land division and leasing.
Amongst other things, our team members have:
- advised developers on the rezoning and subdivision of broad acre land, including complex site and lease agreements to sub-developers of various allotments
- implemented the initial roll out for an ASX 100 telephone company of its mobile phone network including developing leasing documentation to comply with relevant legislation and registration requirements
- advised statutory authorities, private stakeholders and others in respect of various commercial and industrial parks in South Australia including the development of warehouses, the new wharf and the dredging of the main channel at Port Adelaide
- acted for the vendor on the sale of Westpac House which sold for a then record price in South Australia. This included leasing of premises to major tenants prior to sale, preparing all expressions of interest, tender and sale documentation
