We advise upon AFSL applications and variations, authorised representative appointments, disclosure obligations including PDS, FSG and SOA and marketing materials.
Amongst other things, our team members have:
- structured the cash management trust for an Australian bank, including establishing the constitution, designing and implementing the compliance plan, registering the scheme and designing the form and content of the PDS, FSG and ongoing disclosure documents
- advised in respect of AFSL and AML/CTF obligations in connection with property syndicates, currency trading funds, ADI cash management funds and alternative asset funds
