We advise regulated and unregulated funds in respect of fund structuring, disclosure and offer documents, scheme registration and compliance (including compliance plans and manuals) and capital raising and management.
We work with existing and aspiring fund managers in the early stages of product development to optimise fund raising outcomes.
Amongst other things, our team members have:
- restructured two related registered management investment schemes both operating in the property industry. The restructure allowed the responsible entity of each scheme to achieve each scheme’s disclosed purpose without breaching the Corporations Act, its Australian Financial Services Licence or compliance plans
- structured or restructured registered and unregistered managed investment schemes, including for bloodstock syndicates, commercial and residential property developments, horticultural projects, viticultural projects and retirement villages
