Focus
The Foundation’s work is based upon the twin beliefs that, in the right circumstances, most of us will help those in need; and through a persistent and concerted effort as a group we can make a meaningful, positive and lasting difference to our world.
Consistent with this approach, each project we undertake must have two components:
- First, it must be ‘catalytic’ – that is it must engage our team members and our corporate partners in hands on work which changes our thinking and reinforces an ethos of service both at work and beyond. Through this, we ‘unlock compassion’.
- Secondly, it must be scalable – that is, projects must be readily replicated by us and others and thus able to make a broader impact than an isolated effort.
By applying these principles to all projects we undertake, our Foundation is:
