The Welfare Rights Centre (SA) Inc. is a non-government agency which helps people challenge incorrect Centrelink decisions.

The Housing Legal Clinic was established by the Welfare Rights Centre (SA) Inc. in July 2006 to provide pro bono legal services at locations in Adelaide to people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. As at November 2009, the South Australian host organisations for the Housing Legal Clinic are Magdalene Centre, Byron Place Community Centre, Hutt Street Centre, Catherine House and UnitingCare Wesley Port Adelaide Family and Support Services.
