John Kain
Director
John graduated from Adelaide University and was admitted to legal practice in South Australia in 1990. He founded Kain Corporate + Commercial Lawyers in mid 2004 and was appointed as an inaugural Board member in July 2007. He continues to serve in that capacity.
In addition to his responsibilities as coordinator of Kain C+C’s corporate practice, and as a lawyer in the corporate team, as a Board member John continues to play an active role in shaping the strategic direction of the business and overseeing its
governance.
John is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has served on a number of boards, including as a director of public charitable trusts, Chairman of a commonwealth government advisory panel and as director of a number of private companies. He is currently a director of an alternative asset class funds manager and the chairman of an Adelaide based private investment company.
