Adam Cooper

 Adam 'Coops' Cooper brings over 20 years experience to Kain C+C Lawyers.  Over that period Coops has held various positions both in law firms and as in house counsel.  He has been partner at an Adelaide based corporate and commercial law firm and, prior to joining Kain C+C, was General Manager Legal, Risk and Compliance and joint company secretary for the Lifeplan Funds Management group of companies. 

Coops is a critical cog in our Corporate Team specialising in providing advice to clients on all areas of financial services, funds management, M&A and corporate governance.

Being born in Liverpool, Coops is a dedicated Everton supporter and tells 
us he has a reputation for poaching the
odd goal playing as a centre forward.

Coops is also Deputy Chair of the Law 
Council of Australia's Financial Services 
Committee, a Fellow of Chartered 
Secretaries Australia and a member of 
the Law Society of South Australia, 
Australian Corporate Lawyers Association, 
Law Council of Australia and Australasian 
Compliance Institute.
