Cherise Bannister

Cherise graduated from the University of Adelaide with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts in 2006. She was admitted to practice in 2007 and joined our team through the Kain C+C Graduate Clerkship program.

These days Cherise is a member of our Dispute Solutions Team however, her real passion lies in workplace law. Cherise specialises in providing advice to employers on drafting employment and independent contractor agreements, workplace restructures including managing redundancies and defending breach of contract and underpayment claims.

Outside of work, Cherise is a mad Crows supporter and rarely misses attending a home game. Despite being somewhat ‘unco’, she also takes pleasure in playing netball and social lawn bowls.
