Dean Davies

Dean (or as he is better known ‘Deano’) studied law at Adelaide University and was admitted to practice in 1965. He was chairman of partners of a large commercial law firm and sat on its national committee for several years. Dean joined us as a consultant in July 2006. Since then he has, amongst other things, assumed responsibility for conducting much of our graduate training programme and our professional development programme.

Dean is married with three children and seven grandchildren. He enjoys golf, tennis and most other sports. He is a Roosters and Crows supporter.

Dean is a member of the Law Society
 of South Australia, the Law Council 
of Australia and the Australian Institute 
of Company Directors. He has served 
as the presiding member of the State 
Heritage Authority and as a Tourism 
Ambassador and Business 
Ambassador for South Australia.
