Denis Kennelly

Denis ‘Irish’ Kennelly is a highly experienced commercial litigator who has practised for over 35 years. He has been involved in some of the most high profile litigation in the State and has appeared in the High Court of Australia and in the Privy Council. Denis is a widely respected member of the South Australian legal profession and regularly appears as Counsel.

Outside the law Denis has a wide range of interests. He is a keen sailor and a self confessed Francophile.  When not watching the Adelaide Crows he will probably be found studying Art History at Adelaide University.

Denis joined us as a consultant in 
2005. He acts as in house counsel 
and is responsible for conducting 
the disputes components of our 
graduate training programme and 
our professional development 
programme.
