Josh Abbott

Josh (or ‘Abs’ as he is known by our team) graduated from the University of Adelaide in 1999 and after spending a decade working for a South Australian firm and a national firm, joined us in July 2009.

 

Josh holds a professional Certificate in Arbitration from the University of Adelaide. 

Josh represents corporations, insurers and professionals including accountants, auditors, financial planners, directors and officers.

Josh practices in corporate and commercial dispute resolution and litigation.  Josh has developed a speciality in defending claims made against professionals and directors 
and officers advising on interpretation 
of insurance policys and complex 
indemnity claims.

Josh's strategy is to focus on the key 
issues of the dispute and his aim is 
to resolve the dispute quickly to 
return you to your business at the 
earliest opportunity.

Josh acts as counsel and
appears in superior State and 
Federal Courts and in mediations 
and negotiations.
