Mark Booth
Chair
Mark is a Director of BRM Holdich, a Chartered Accounting and Commercial Advisory practice based in Adelaide. He has held senior executive positions in the public and private sector and consults to private and public sector organisations, specialising in strategic and business planning, local government, the legal industry, waste management,
regional economic development
and governance.
He has served on a number of public and private sector boards and committees. In addition to his role as Chair of the Kain C+C Board, he is Chairman of a public sector waste management authority, a member of two public sector audit committees and a director of a private company.
Mark graduated from the University of South Australia with a Bachelor of Business and a Masters of Business Administration. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the Law Council of Australia and he is an Affiliate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
