Tim Hall
Known as Hally to his team mates, Tim is married with two teenage children. Tim hails from the country but with three older brothers, was encouraged to pursue an off-farm career. Tim was attracted to commercial law as it provided a range of options in business and professional development.
Tim was an active sportsman, playing football and cricket with PAC Old Scholars and touch football for 20 years. Now an enthusiastic but poor golfer, Tim also enjoys deep sea fishing with mates with boats. Outside of the law, Tim is involved in a number of professional associations and holds various committee positions at PAC and its Old Scholars Football Club.
Tim is a logical and lateral thinker who displays foresight and an excellent understanding of his clients’ business needs. Those attributes have seen him become a trusted advisor to his commercial clients, having been involved in the establishment and growth of their businesses over many years.
Tim offers strategic advice through early involvement in major transactions including joint ventures, business acquisitions and sales and restructures. He also advises information technology businesses on product commercialisation, acquisition and distribution of software products and business modeling.
