We are committed to helping each of our team members realise their potential in every aspect of their personal and professional lives.

Our work can be demanding – and when it is ‘game on’ we go hard. But this does not mean that we have to sacrifice the more important aspects of our lives to work. To help with this we have embraced flexible work practices which allow our team to work part time, to manage their own working hours, and to have remote access to our computer systems so that work may be performed from home or elsewhere.

Our professional development program seeks to develop both technical and commercial excellence in our entire team. This is done through monthly professional development seminars which all external service team members attend. In addition to focusing on legal 
development these programs address other topics such as negotiation skills, delegation 
and supervision of work, meeting skills and how to read and interpret financial statements.
