Each member of our team is unique and brings different skills and perspectives to our business. Our team members each see different strengths and weaknesses in our business. For that reason we expect each other to innovate, and to improve our business. When we do this we are applauded and rewarded.

Our team members expect each other to give something back to the community through the initiatives of the Kain C+C Charitable Foundation. These non-legal pursuits also help us to hone our commercial and leadership skills. These skills, in turn, improve our ability to achieve excellent commercial outcomes for our clients.

Our team members socialise regularly including through weekly team lunches, Friday night drinks, our summer touch football team, our corporate triathlon team, inter-firm golf challenges, our annual St Patrick’s Day, Melbourne Cup and Christmas lunches and our annual weekend retreat.
